The perpetrators obviously believe themselves clever but I would suggest they are on the same level as people who kick away a blind man's white stick or purse snatch from the elderly. They merely have a slight advantage in computer skill which any fool can learn but most do not; truly smart people already have a life.
Such is the abysmally limited intelligence of hackers I am of the firm belief that both their families and the world would be better served by the removal of their genes from the pool.
